Ramp is building it into one of the most important recruiting functions at the company: a way to meet exceptional people earlier than everyone else and turn that connection into the next generation of Ramp talent. We are looking for a true builder to lead the full Emerging Talent function. Reporting to Ramp’s Head of Talent, you will set the strategy and lead the team responsible for the internship programme, early-career recruiting, campus and community relationships, events, candidate programming and conversion of top interns into full-time employees. You will have the backing of the executive team and a real mandate to build something category-defining.
