The role: SoFi is seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and detail-oriented Direct Mail Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. This role is responsible for driving the operational execution of SoFi's Direct Mail program by partnering closely with Marketing Data Science Marketing Data Science with precision and efficiency. This is not a traditional project management role. Success requires someone who understands campaign strategy, can independently translate business discussions into actionable execution plans, exercises sound judgment in a fast-moving environment, and proactively identifies opportunities to improve how we operate as the Direct Mail program continues to scale. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable managing cross-functional initiatives, optimizing operational processes, leveraging AI-enabled workflows, and maintaining exceptional attention to detail across every stage of campaign execution.
