As Senior Manager, Recruiting – EMEA, you'll lead a team of recruiters covering non-quota-carrying and R&D hiring across the region — spanning Engineering, R&D, Sales Engineering, and G&A/Marketing/Corp — providing both strategic partnership and hands-on execution. Your job is to build a function that delivers exceptional hires today and gets stronger over time: clearer profiles, stronger signals, better candidate experience, and better decisions.
