As a Software Engineer, you’ll build and own backend services, infrastructure, and data systems that support Robinhood’s core financial products. You’ll solve complex scalability challenges while gaining deep expertise in U.S. financial systems and making a direct impact on the products used by millions. The Brokerage team’s mission is to pave the way for launching new features, expanding into diverse financial services, and welcoming millions more people into the financial system. The team owns critical services that support trading and brokerage infrastructure and partners closely with other engineering, product, and operations teams across Robinhood. The Incentives team drives user growth and engagement through both strategic incentives and platform capabilities.
