About the Team Specialist Solutions Architects (SSAs) are domain experts aligned to specific Stripe solutions and customer buying centers. We bring deep technical and industry knowledge to complex customer opportunities, advise the broader pre-sales organisation, support pipeline development and revenue attainment, and provide critical market insight to Stripe’s product and engineering teams. This role will be Stripe’s dedicated Payments and Optimised Checkout specialist in APAC. Based in Singapore, you will support complex and strategic opportunities across Southeast Asia, Australia/New Zealand, and Greater China particularly those involving Managed Payments, Adaptive Pricing, Optimised Checkout Suite (OCS), multi-currency payments, and local payment methods. As an early specialist hire in-region, you will have significant autonomy to shape how Stripe brings these solutions to market across APAC. You will report into a global team outside the region, so success in this role requires strong self-direction, excellent communication, and comfort operating through ambiguity.
