We're hiring a Sr. Compensation Business Partner to join our Global Total Rewards team within the People Success Team organization. This is a senior IC role spanning three focus areas: executive compensation, comp business partnering for a portfolio of senior executives across G&A and Product groups, and driving AI strategy and transformation across the Compensation function. You'll help define what an AI-first Compensation function looks like at Coinbase, building workflows and tooling that make the entire team faster while delivering exec-ready recommendations on our most complex pay decisions. What you'll do: • Own executive compensation for our most senior leaders, including exec offers, long-term incentive design, and Comp Committee materials in partnership with Legal, Finance, and external advisors • Partner as the dedicated comp business partner to a portfolio of senior executives across G&A and Product groups, delivering fast, concise recommendations on anything comp-related • Lead AI strategy and transformation for the Comp function by identifying, designing, and deploying AI-enabled workflows and agents that accelerate benchmarking, scenario modeling, and stakeholder commu…
