About the role As Senior Manager, Global Supply Manager, you will own strategic sourcing, supplier relationships, and cost management for a portfolio of Samsara's hardware direct materials across the end-to-end product lifecycle. You will run commercial negotiations, build dual-source and supply-continuity strategies, drive should-cost and cost-down programs, and partner deeply with Engineering and Product on New Product Introduction (NPI) so we hit cost, quality, and supply targets ahead of ramp. You will report to the Head of Production Procurement, and collaborate daily with Engineering, Product, Finance, and Planning to turn supply strategy into measurable business impact.
