About the team The Marketing Technology (MarTech) team is a newly formed team building the measurement, attribution, and operations infrastructure that powers user acquisition across Match Group's portfolio of dating apps: Tinder, Hinge, Match, Chispa, The League, Plenty of Fish, and more. Our charter spans the full path: the marketing and attribution SDKs embedded in the apps, the server-side event delivery that feeds our ad platforms and warehouse, and the tooling marketers use to run campaigns, manage creative, and sync audiences. About the role We're hiring a versatile engineer who can work on a mobile platform (iOS or Android)and the backend / full stack. You'll be hands-on in the apps, instrumenting them and building the server-side services behind them, as well as on the marketing operations tooling our teams run on. This is a rare full-spectrum role for someone who genuinely likes owning a feature from the client SDK all the way to the server. This is a ground-floor opportunity.
