Team Objective The Business Manager team owns the foundational business platform that enables advertisers, agencies, and enterprise customers to operate effectively on Reddit. We build and scale the systems that define how businesses are created, structured, secured, governed, and shared across Reddit's Ads Platform and other Reddit surfaces. Our scope includes Business Manager, Business Hub, business identity, permissions, onboarding, collaboration, and governance capabilities. We are responsible for establishing a unified business identity model across Reddit and providing the tooling, controls, and policy frameworks that allow customers and internal teams to manage access, compliance, security, and organizational operations at scale. About the Team On a day-to-day basis, engineers tackle complex, high-stakes challenges at the core of Reddit’s Ads Platform which include building business identity infrastructure, governance and access-control systems, Business Hub experiences, agency enablement capabilities, and enterprise-scale collaboration workflows.
