Staff Product Designer, Agentic Experiences

About the role We are looking for an experienced Staff Product Designer to join us at a critical juncture as we evolve how our users interact with Affirm through agentic solutions. You will lead the effort to help establish when, where and how we utilize AI to consistently help the consumer in the moment, providing them with proactive experiences. You will partner closely with Product to define a roadmap for success. This role focuses on building a hybrid search and discovery interface that seamlessly balances the high-intent efficiency of traditional UI with the discovery power of AI. In addition, you will help create a unified vision on how AI can transform our consumer touchpoints.
