We are looking for a thoughtful, high-impact Staff Product Designer to join our Growth Design team. You will help shape how people discover Reddit, convert to app, engage more deeply, and keep coming back. You will bring clarity to ambiguity, turn big goals into strong design strategy, and operate as a co-architect of the roadmap alongside Product and Engineering. You will thrive here if you enjoy high-velocity experimentation, can turn complex user behavior into seamless engagement loops, and know how to identify the systems, patterns, and product bets that unlock growth across multiple surfaces and teams.
