When it comes to dating, the connection starts online, but the real magic happens once you meet in real life (IRL). We think the same is true for creating the best platforms, so we work together IRL 3 days/week. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Trust & Safety professional to ensure alignment with global regulatory frameworks and contribute to our Safety by Design initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of product, policy, and compliance—partnering across engineering, legal, and operations to translate regulatory obligations into thoughtful, user-centered safety product requirements. You’ll need to be able to communicate effectively with engineers and data scientists. You’ll help teams understand regulatory requirements, evaluate the effectiveness of solutions, and advocate for features that advance user safety without compromising product usability. You’ll write compliance reports and help ensure our products meet both the spirit and the letter of the law. This is a cross-functional role that requires clarity in writing, rigor in reasoning, and pragmatism in navigating ambiguity. You should be energized by tough product trade-offs, grounded in the realities of enforcement at scale, and thoughtful about how to design for safety in a proportionate way, user-respecting, and aligned with regulatory requirements.
