The role: We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join the Risk Engineering team and help build the next generation of internal platforms that support risk, compliance, and business decision-making. This role will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining full stack applications that combine data from Snowflake, AI infrastructure, visualization dashboards, and business logic integrations into reliable, scalable products used by internal business partners. This is a high-impact hands-on technical leadership role for an engineer who can operate across the stack, understand complex infrastructure, translate business needs into durable technical solutions, and mentor other engineers through strong architecture, code quality, and execution practices.
