About the team We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic finance leader to join the Strategic Finance team, supporting our Horizontal business lines. Strategic Finance plays a central role in shaping company strategy, enabling executive decision-making, and driving performance against key objectives. This role sits within the Revenue Finance group—a high-impact, lean team with broad cross-functional ownership. The role will own consolidated top line forecasting across users and the loan portfolio, and partner closely with Analytics, Credit, Capital, and Investor Relations to develop a cohesive narrative on portfolio performance. You will operate as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership, leading critical workstreams across planning, forecasting, and performance management.
