The role: The Strategic Partnerships team helps identify, develop, and manage partnerships that support SoFi’s growth and deliver value to our members. As a Strategic Partnerships Associate, you will support the full partnership lifecycle—from evaluating new opportunities and building the business case through deal execution, launch, ongoing management, and performance optimization. A key part of this role is developing a broad view of partnership activity across SoFi and helping connect the dots across business units. You will work collaboratively with teams across the company to identify where existing partner relationships can be expanded, where common needs can be addressed through a coordinated partnership approach, and where consolidating overlapping partner conversations or commercial agreements can create greater value and leverage for SoFi.
