About the Role Cohere is seeking an experienced Tax Counsel to lead our global tax planning function. This critical position will focus on strategic tax planning across global M&A transactions, Canadian income tax compliance and planning, global tax planning, and transfer pricing optimization. You'll play a key role in shaping Cohere's tax strategy while working closely with leadership, Finance, Legal, and external advisors.
