Workplace Experience Manager

ROLE OVERVIEW Replit is looking for an experienced Workplace Experience Manager who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and is passionate about creating exceptional workplace experiences. You’ll be the heartbeat of our office operations—managing day-to-day facilities needs, coordinating vendors and landlords, owning events and F&B programs, and leading office planning and moves as we scale. This role is both strategic and hands-on. You will build processes where there are none, improve those that exist, and ensure our physical workspace reflects the speed, creativity, and ambition of Replit. You will manage multiple office events throughout the year from start to finish. You will also support the needs of smaller regional locations to ensure that all our Replit team members have a great experience.
