Our work is critical to driving the company’s top line growth. We are looking for a highly strategic and technically savvy Growth Marketing Lead to own Host SEM, the supply side of our Paid Search program. You will be a channel expert, thought partner, and trusted advisor to leaders and business partners across Product, Data Science, Engineering, Supply, FP&A, Brand, and Creative teams to shape strategy and exceed ambitious KPI goals. The Difference You Will Make: You will lead end-to-end strategy and execution of Airbnb's Global Host SEM program, driving efficient host acquisition and long-term supply growth.
