Our Advocacy team is central to this mission - empowering our users through engaging content, meaningful interactions, and genuine advocacy. We're looking for a Designer Advocate to partner closely with our Marketing, Sales, and Product teams. You'll bring deep design expertise, strong product intuition, and a genuine love for the design community into our go-to-market strategies. You'll also champion our users' voices internally, ensuring their perspectives shape our product evolution. This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs. What you’ll do at Figma: • Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Experience teams to help customers unlock the full potential of Figma across real product workflows • Develop written, visual, and video resources that reflect how modern teams actually design and build, from early exploration to production-ready systems • Foster meaningful relationships within the Figma community, identify collaboration opportunities, and nurture user-driven initiatives • Regularly present at industry meetups, conferences, and community events, sharing practical insights from real-world design work • Stay attuned…
