If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us! We are looking for an Immigration Program Manager to support Figma's growing Immigration and Global Mobility programs. In this role you will serve as a primary point of contact for visa-sponsored Figmates, managing immigration cases and compliance while providing a high-touch employee experience. You'll also support international relocations and broader global mobility programs and get exposure to M&A and international expansion. You'll partner closely with immigration counsel and teams across People, Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll to improve our processes, resources, reporting, budgeting, vendor management, and program administration. This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States. What you'll do at Figma: • Serve as primary contact for Figmates and stakeholders on immigration inquiries, visa assessments, case status, and strategy • Manage a high-volume immigration case portfolio - including permanent residence processes (PERM, I-140, AOS, ILR) — across US, EMEA, JAPAC, and LATAM • Coordinate with outside immigration counsel on case petition preparation, timelines, RFE responses, audits, and compliance matters • Track and proactively manage work authorization expirations across the foreign national population, ensuring timely rene…
